What makes our recipes special?
Our archive is a collection of global traditions we’ve gathered and tested in our own family kitchen. We focus on authentic ingredients, food safety, and flavors that are “Victor-Tested” to be a hit with both parents and kids. Updated: February 2026.

How We Discover Global Flavors

A great recipe is more than just a list of ingredients; it’s a standard of quality. Drawing from Oliver’s background in professional hospitality in the Austrian Alps and the Middle East, we apply high kitchen standards to every meal we make. Whether we are identifying the best Thai ingredients or sharing our favorite family lasagna recipe, our goal is to help you cook with confidence.

Heritage, Tradition, and the Victor-Test

We love recipes with a history. In this archive, you’ll find heritage dishes like our Traditional Olivier Salad, which honors Natalia’s family roots, alongside discoveries from our travels like Vietnamese Lemongrass Soup.

As parents, we also know that dinner has to be practical. Every dish here is Victor-Tested. Our son Victor was born in Koh Samui in 2016 and has been our lead taster ever since. If a recipe isn’t balanced, nutritious, and child-friendly—like our homemade mango popsicles—it doesn’t make the list.
